A complimentary cleaning cloth, specifically created to care for the selected precious metal of each jewellery piece will complete each purchase.
NOREEN’s packaging is available in four variations: the necklace box, bracelet box, ring box and earrings box.
The family of packaging has been developed to create the ultimate gift experience just for you.
All jewellery will take up to three to four weeks from the time the order has been placed.
We will update you of your jewellery progress and share the manufacturing journey as each stage of the crafting is being completed.

Your order number which can be found in order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section.
Reason for return.
You have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request. Our in house team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).
Once your item has been cancelled, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the order. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days.
At NOREEN, we are committed to you loving your order. In order to exchange the order, we will have to refund your first order. Indeed, each order might have a unique engraving number, therefore we are obliged to re-edit an invoice and thus make a new payment.
